A highly regarded regional law firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team at one of their offices in Somerset. The successful Corporate Commercial solicitor will have 4+ years post qualification experience in both Corporate and Commercial Law, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructuring and a broad range of commercial contracts. IP and IT experience is preferred but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Solicitor with 4+ years PQE gained in an established law firm. Resilient, innovative and committed, you will be able to work independently with the ability to project manage transactional teams to deliver on client expectations.
