Corporate Solicitor

A Corporate Solicitor is wanted by a young, growing and award winning Firm based in South Manchester.

Our client provides high quality legal services across a number of Practice Areas, with a particular strength in their Litigation and Commercial Property Teams.

Their Corporate Commercial Team acts for a wide range of existing clients, undertaking the full scope of legal services in this area. The successful candidate will be exposed to acquisitions, sales, MBO's, Reorganisations, Joint Ventures and Shareholder or Partnership Agreements. Excellent quality and variety of work on offer to help the successful candidate develop in their career, under the tutelage of an experienced Corporate Solicitor in the North West.

For Corporate Commercial Solicitors with demonstrable experience of some of the above, applications are invited from those with excess of 2 PQE. Ambitious and Commercially minded Solicitors who feel they are not exposed to the right level of challenging work at their current Firm are particularly invited to apply.
