Corporate Associate - Manchester

Top 50 Law firm, with a fantastic reputation and culture, are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join their team based in Manchester.

The firm has a strong sector focus with expertise in agriculture, charities, education, food and beverage, health, insurance, private wealth, real estate investment, sport and technology. Clients include businesses from PLCs to start-ups, high net worth individuals and landowners, more than 120 universities, colleges and education bodies and over 100 healthcare organisations.

They are seeking to appoint a corporate lawyer, ideally at the 5+PQE level, who has corporate experience gained in a large regional or City firm. You will have a good background in corporate transactional work and be able to demonstrate that you work well, both as part of a team on large transactions and also managing smaller transactions largely unaided.

Exposure to high quality transactions, a supportive and collegiate environment and a competitive salary are on offer as part of this role.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
