Commercial Property Lawyer - York

Our client is an established and well regarded, multi-site commercial firm looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor with upwards of 2+PQE to join their busy team in York.

As part of their offering to commercial clients they undertake commercial property work for landlords, tenants, lenders, agricultural clients, rural businesses and landed estates.

A suitable candidate will be confident to act on a broad range of commercial property matters as well as possessing an excellent technical ability and will be tasked with developing a full and varied caseload to cover the full remit of commercial property matters with a focus on high value transactions.

This represents an exciting opportunity for a senior commercial property solicitor to join an established department in both a strong and collegiate team where they can contribute to the growth of the department. The successful candidate will possess robust client development and networking skills and will be self-motivated to work autonomously in a working environment. Senior solicitors with clients and contacts to bring with them to the firm are of particular interest.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and client following.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
