Residential Conveyancer/ Legal Executive

Applications are invited from technically strong, qualified Residential Conveyancers or Legal Executives looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers forward, in a supportive working environment.

The successful Licensed Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload from start to finish. Candidates must have experience of running their own caseload and dealing with multifaceted and complex transactions. The chosen Conveyancer can expect superb mentoring from more senior Partners/ Solicitors in the team whom are recognised are experts in their field, via directories such as the Legal 500.

You will be expected to slot into the existing property team and to develop new sources of potential income streams for the business, through networking and business development initiatives. You'll be a strong communicator and possess excellent interpersonal skills. It's also expected you can drive and hold a full, clean UK driving license as there may be a requirement to provide support, in a similar capacity at the office in Amersham.

The successful candidate will ideally hold upwards of 12 months' PQE in conveyancing, gained from a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment (although there is flexibility on PQE level) It's also expected the chosen Residential Conveyancer/ Legal Executive/ Solicitor will possess the confidence to hit the ground running, managing all types of conveyancing transactions.
