The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Legal Secretary to join our clients’ busy, specialist Childcare team in the Tamworth area. Hitting the ground running, the successful Legal Secretary will support fee earners in the department with all manner of administrative tasks. Duties will include: file and diary management; document production; liaison with clients and other professionals; completing applications for public funding; billing; and audio/copy typing.

This is a temporary position, offered on an ongoing basis to commence as soon as possible, suited to a dynamic Legal Secretary with strong experience in the field. Please contact Ricardo for further information quoting reference RD25860.

The Candidate
You must be a Legal Secretary with solid experience gained within a reputable Family / Childcare department.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be IT literate with a fast and accurate typing speed.
You will be able to work with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
First class client care and communication skills are essential for the position.
