Experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor required to join a private practice firm in the West Midlands


Your new company
Hays is currently working in partnership with well-established private practice firm seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will undertake and manage a varied caseload of legal matters including: contentious probate, housing, landlord and tenant disputes, property damage etc. You will draft legal documents and provide specialist advise to your colleagues and clients.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this post you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with minimum of 3 years PQE. You will have sound experience in contentious probate, litigation, housing and property. You will be able to manage your own caseload and work with minimal supervision.
