THE FIRM:
Our client is a national regional law firm with offices working within a diverse range of business sectors.
The firm has been accredited by an external body as being committed to the training and development of its people.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a talented commercial property solicitor to join their highly successful busy team covering a range of services from the start of a project to completion.
Your work will be varied and will include a range of mixed caseload of quality commercial property from freehold and leasehold transactions to acquisitions.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be a commercial property lawyer at the 2-5PQE level with all round experience of commercial property including Landlord and Tenant work.
You will have strong academics and a 2:1 degree or above are required with a proven track record of working within a leading national or regional firm with an established commercial property practice.
You should have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure.
The work will be varied and challenging with excellent career prospects for those with a real interest in commercial property work.
