The appointed Senior Residential Property Solicitor will be joining a team of very experienced conveyancers and backup staff who offer a dedicated first class service to make the conveyancing process as smooth and worry free as possible. Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3+ years experience with Residential Property. The appointed Senior Residential Property Solicitor will be confident and capable of managing a busy and varied residential property caseload including, sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, re-mortgage and equity release, tenancy agreements and commercial sale, purchasing and leasing. The successful Senior Residential Property Solicitor will have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
