This highly regarded national firm is seeking a Conveyancing Manager for their team in central Bristol. This is a unique opportunity and a role which will make an important contribution to the overall work of the Conveyancing team. Your new role
Due to continued growth, the firm are seeking a Conveyancing Manager to oversee the general running of the office and staff well-being, in addition to managing a small case load. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their management skills, or someone with a proven track record in management. You will have a real input in the business, and will be a valued member of the Senior Management Team.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a capable and dynamic individual in addition to possessing strong commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive looking to move into or continue with a management role, OR someone from a sales, estate agency or property development background, rather than bringing with you the skill of running cases.

You will be capable of motivating teams to develop more streamlined practices and comfortable working in a busy environment. It is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative, in addition to the confidence to deal with a wide range of people.
