Senior Employment Advisor - Home working

We have been approached by one of the fastest growing employment law providers in the UK (North West Head office) to assist them with the recruitment of a suitably experienced employment advisor for a home working opportunity.

This is an opportunity for a change in direction in your legal career away from time recording and business development and more towards good quality, consistent work with a focus on client care and work/ life balance. Our client offers a high quality private practice service but at a fixed price model.

With clients across a range of sectors (e.g. commercial, education, charities) you will be advising on a broad range of mainly non-contentious matters including restructures and redundancies, atypical workers, TUPE, contracts/ handbooks and general HR support. Advocacy experience is not required.

The Head of Department is keen to hear from talented and client focussed employment solicitors with at least 3 years relevant experience who are keen to move away from the traditional legal environment. It's likely that the successful applicant will have a respondent bias to their experience and will take a pragmatic and commercial approach to employment matters.

Competitive salaries of up to £45,000 available.
