Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer sought for a leading law firm in Worthing.

A well-established and thriving multi-office law firm based in West Sussex, staffed by expert lawyers, our client covers a wide range of legal disciplines.   Offering specialist advice within a progressive environment they have built an admirable client base and tailor their advice for each case with proficiency.  The office is situated in an ideal location close to immediate amenities and transport links they also have ample parking available.  Currently expanding due to their sustained success, they are now seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join their team.

THE ROLE
A fantastic role has arisen for a newly qualified Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a thriving and busy department on a full-time, permanent basis.  The successful Litigation Lawyer will take on a varied and challenging caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from instruction to resolution.  Our client covers an interesting range of cases such as company disputes; breach of contracts; construction; rights to information; contentious probate and; landlord and tenant.  Please contact Jonathan for further information quoting reference JB26424.

THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will have strong knowledge of Civil and Commercial Litigation Law.
You will have excellent communication and client care skills.
You will have a keen interest in business development and will be commercially aware.
