A recognised client within the Public Sector, is seeking a qualified and experienced Contracts and Property Solicitor.


Your new role
Your new role will involve close work with the Contracts and Property Solicitor, you will be assisting the lawyers to provide high quality legal advice on all areas.

The legal services team holds Lexcel accreditation, we currently use Iken for time recording and case management, and work in a paper-light environment.

This position has also been ear marked for potentially going perminant as well.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be assisting with legal case work for the Contracts and Property team including drafting documents, serving of notices, progressing cases for lawyers and providing general legal advice and research under the direct supervision of a lawyer/senior lawyer.

The duties may vary from time to time without changing the nature of the post or the level of responsibility and the post holder may also be required to carry out any other duties appropriate to the grading of the post.
