Listed organisation with a well established in-house Company Secretariat team is seeking to expand their team.

Your new role
A rare opportunity to join this group, running in support of the Company Secretary the production of agendas, board papers, minutes, dates and meetings. You will support draft reports and run Board training programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
ICSA part or qualified with solid experience working in a secretarial function (ideally in a listed company environment). Ideally suited to someone who is confident, assertive with excellent communication skills.
