Venn Groups Legal team are currently recruiting for a Tribunal Advocate on behalf of a well-established Local Authority in Hertfordshire.

The desired candidate for this role will showcase an extensive background of advocacy at First Tier Tribunals, ideally within the field of Employment or Education Law. Our client has placed emphasis on the fact that this role will focus on matters of Mental Health or SEN. As part of this role, you will be required to prepare cases and presentations.

Applications from qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executives who hold a current practising certificate will be desirable.

This full time position is offering up to £40 per hour with a minimum contract length of 3 months with the possibility for extension. This contract will fall inside of the IR35 Tax Legislation.
