This firm is seeking a Property Legal Assistant to join their flourishing St. Albans, Hertfordshire, office.
The Residential Property department deals with high-quality work, where fee earners deal with manageable caseloads, often high-value transactions for an HNW client base. You will join a friendly, supportive and progressive team working closely with very experienced solicitors. This will be a hands-on role where you will deal with all stages of the Conveyancing process.
This role comes with excellent prospects progression.
- You will be a Property Legal Assistant with at least 6 months experience (there is no upper limit on experience)
- You will have experience of dealing with all stages of the conveyancing process
- An excellent eye for detail is essential
- First class communication skills are a must
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package
