This is an exciting role for a Residential Conveyancer to join the growing flagship Westminster, Central London office.

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

You will work as part of the firms most highly successful office in terms of billings. You will work alongside a highly-experience team, dealing with a high-quality, general conveyancing caseload, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Licensed Conveyancer, ILEX or Solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE
• You will work in the flagship Westminster, Central London office.
• You will have strong technical knowledge
