A leading and multi accredited East Sussex practice are looking for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team ASAP to cover a holiday. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a busy & thriving department for 2 weeks.

As a Commercial Property solicitor you will play a key role in promoting and helping to grow the department, as well as being responsible for an existing caseload of Property matters including;

  • Sale
  • Purchase and Lease of land
  • Development
  • Investment
  • Leasehold management

The successful candidate must have a pleasant but assertive manner when dealing with colleagues and clients. Personally, efficient and well organised, with good control of diary and time management. Candidates must be able to manage and develop a caseload and hit the ground running.

Applications will be considered from those candidates who are a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or equivalent with 5 years'+ PQE*.
