Corporate NQ Solicitor - Manchester

Our client is a well established mid-tier commercial firm with full service offering to SME/OMB clients.

A core part of this firm's offering is corporate/commercial law, and with the rising market they are now wanting to appoint a newly qualified solicitor to work in direct support of the partner.

You'll assist in corporate finance transactions and so good commercial drafting skills are needed. You'll undertake smaller transactions/commercial jobs with supervision and assist in due diligence disclosure process and ancillaries for larger transaction work.

The firm feels that the ideal newly qualified candidate would have to have strong academics and at least 6 months good quality experience in corporate law as a trainee. Obviously in a team of this size you'll get fully involved from the outset so it is important that you relish that challenge and appreciate the exposure and expectation of this role.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
