The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a talented Paralegal to join a busy Residential Conveyancing team based in Solihull. Primarily providing hands-on support to other members of the team, the successful Paralegal will manage a varied workload and run a small caseload of matters under supervision. Duties may include: opening and closing files; liaising with clients and other property professionals; exchanging contracts; drafting completion statements and; registration formalities. Previous experience in a similar position will therefore be essential. The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience gained within Residential Conveyancing;
You will have strong communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate with particular expertise using case management systems;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a detail orientated approach across all aspects of your work;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
