My client is flexible in terms of the level of applicant as they will consider Solicitors at Newly qualified and above, They provide the full spectrum of corporate law from acquisitions and disposals to capital finance, re-structuring and succession planning and have a strategic thinking and proactive approach. The role will involve working and supporting Partners across the department when required. You will also be expected to conduct regular business development and networking.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background, great experience and exposure to a broad range of Corporate matters. You will have a strong eye for detail, great communicator, excellent client care skills and have a desire to progress in your career.
