This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Professional Negligence Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading full service law firms. They have offices across the country and have established a well deserved reputation for their ability to provide clients with practical legal advice, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of client service. The appointed Professional Negligence Solicitor would join the risk and compliance department at this firm and would assist in advising on all aspects of risk arising from professional negligence and the provision of service within the firm.


The ideal candidate will have excellent academics and have some solid experience working in a professional negligence department at another well known firm. In addition, the Professional Negligence Solicitor should have had some experience in claims handling, as well as experience of liaising with insurers and the SRA. The role will require the appointed Professional Negligence Solicitor to make quick judgements in order to manage conflicts in the most effective way possible and, therefore, it is vital that they can cope well with pressure when working on a heavy workload and are confident in their ability to meet strict deadlines. In addition, communication will be key in this role, and the Professional Negligence Solicitor should be personable and have the ability to communicate in a clear and professional way.
