Are you a commercial/corporate solicitor looking to make a move from your current role and seeking a new position in the picturesque Chester area?

If so, my client, one of Chester's leading legal practices has a requirement for a corporate/commercial solicitor with at least two years PQE to enhance their corporate/commercial team as part of it's strategic growth plans for 2017.
You will take on the full remit of corporate/commercial work including acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures and group reorganisations within a team that is renowned throughout the country for their expertise in these matters.
This role would be ideal for the corporate or commercial solicitor who feels that perhaps their current team is just too top heavy for an associate position to be considered for you in the short to medium term?
You will work for national and international start-ups, owner-managed businesses, major corporates, private equity houses and some of the worlds most recognised financial institutions.
