Our client is a well run firm with an established client base of individuals and also businesses and it enjoys a good profile in West Yorkshire. An integral part of their firm is claimant Personal Injury work for which they have a team of 5 lawyers, and some interesting branding and work-attracting initiatives. The firm is well managed and has good support systems and IT in place so as to allow fee earners to focus on the law and the needs of their clients.

They are looking to recruit an additional fee earner to run a caseload of fast track RTA, EL, and PL work, including client contact, site visits and attending counsel. Knowledge of funding options for cases would be advantageous. Strong communication skills and a commitment to client care are essential attributes, as is having a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for a career in personal injury and civil litigation work.

This is a tight team and so you'll need to be a good team player who will be able to handle your own responsibility and also at times support other more experienced colleagues.

The firm is happy to consider NQ-2yrPQE Solicitors, or other relatively junior fee earners who have litigation experience be they Legal Executives, or fee earners with experience in PI work.
