Residential Property Locum • London Firm • COMPETITVE HOURLY RATE
Our client, a well-regarded firm in London are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor to assist the team. The client is ideally looking for someone to work from the 14th - 30th August.
The ideal Solicitor will possess:
• 3 years + PQE • The ability to assist on all residential property matters • Experience dealing with leasehold and freehold • Handled sales and purchases • Dealt with new built cases • Experience with transfers of equity • The means to work to own initiative and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face •
