Job Details
We are recruiting for an extremely busy corporate and commercial team. They are looking for a locum solicitor to assist with their corporate work to start immediately for a short term contract of a few months.
The work can often involve advising entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals on their business interests. The team advise in relation to corporate transactions, banking, financing, commercial contracts and on all aspects of running and growing a business in the UK. The client base can include startups in technology, media, real estate, sport, engineering etc
There are a number of large deals which are being worked on and it is envisaged that the individual should be at least 7 years PQE+ and needs to be able to start the assignment shortly.
