Commercial Contracts Solicitor required to join a large organisation in the West Midlands

Hays are currently working in partnership with a well-established, large public sector organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their dynamic legal team.

Your new role
You will provide your expertise in the area of commercial contracts and agreements. You will supervise more junior colleagues and provide them with training. You will attend meetings and committees and offer your expertise to other legal professionals and colleagues from other disciplines. Working hours are flexible and therefore you will be able to negotiate them.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be a UK qualified Commercial Contracts Solicitor, ideally with good working knowledge of public sector procedures and decision making. You will also have experience in drafting relevant legal documents and managing a caseload of commercial and procurement matters.
