I am recruiting on behalf of an award winning legal firm who are looking to hire a Remortgage Conveyancer to work from home . Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is one of the largest leading law firms within the UK who are looking to recruit a Remortgage Conveyancer due to their continued growth and expansion. Working for this forward-thinking firm, there is a pleasant working environment along with opportunities for progression and development.

As a conveyancer working in this department, your main responsibility will be to deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and deeds of postponement. Also you will be expected to chase lender redemption statements and funds, send costs and create document logs.

It is essential for successful candidates to have a strong background of experience of working on a remortgage caseload. You will have excellent mathematical skills to go along with exemplary oral and communication skills. This role offers excellent training within case law and legislation updates.
