We are currently working with a Top 40 national law firm in relation to a key appointment to their construction team based in Manchester. The firm itself have an excellent reputation and are ranked in both the Legal 500 and in Chambers & Partners. This firm operate from multiple sites throughout the UK and historically they've had a strong reputation for their offering in construction, both regionally and nationally.

Due to continued success the construction team are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic construction lawyer. Suitable applicants will ideally sit at the 2-4 PQE level and will have demonstrable experience in construction work, ideally gained at a large national or strong regional firm. This is a predominantly non-contentious role and will involve working with some of the team's key clients in the private sector, including contractors, professional parties and developers.
