This firm are a well-established Legal 500 recommended Law firm who provides a range of business and individual legal services to local and national clients.  They have offices across Staffordshire and offer a real and credible alternative for clients who don’t necessary want to go into the City Centre for high-quality legal advice.  Their Commercial Property and Corporate departments are particularly strong and the firm continues to go from strength to strength. 

The Commercial Property team is headed up by an experienced and highly regarded Partner whose accolades are highlighted in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and so you will be working as part of an experienced and already successful team.  They are particularly well known for the work they do for Charities, their Agricultural work and Compulsory purchase as a result of HS2.

You will be involved with a range of Commercial Property work across many sectors including retail, agriculture, industrial and the public sector advising on sales and purchases, leases, licences, overage, compulsory purchase orders, financing, option agreements and residential development.

Applications are invited from Commercial Property Solicitors who have at least 1 Years PQE gained at a leading regional, national or City firm.  It is essential that you have strong technical skills and be commercially minded.  Working at this firm the quality of the work is equivalent to that of a City practice as they really are punching above their weight.  Ideally you will be able to drive as some travel to other offices to meet with clients will be required from time to time.
