Job Details

Our client, a leading firm in Leeds city centre has a key department devoted to advising clients on property and conveyancing-related issues. This area has seen exponential growth and as such, they have created a new opportunity for individuals to join the thriving team as a Remortgage Caseworker.

The role:

Remortgage Caseworkers have ownership of their own caseload, providing a high quality service to clients and deal with borrowers and and other external third parties.

The candidate:

The successful candidate will be an individually who preferably possess experience in Title checking, along with experience of dealing with most parts of the remortgage process.

You should also have previous experience of achieving monthly completions targets whilst maintaining a high quality standard of work. You should be used to working to tight deadlines and of working within Service Level Agreements. Excellent organisational and IT skills are essential. Previous experience of using a case management system is also important.

You must have a professional approach to work and enjoy working in a busy target-driven environment. It is also important to demonstrate a strong commitment to client care and possess excellent communication skills.
