Contracts and Property Lawyer required to join a University based in the North East for an initial 1 month period.
This role is preferably a full time position and would suit someone who is looking for chance to be a part of a friendly supportive team. You will be adapt at working without supervision and able to be proactive and provide coherent advice to those without a legal background.
The role will predominately be contracts based and would suit a contracts lawyer who has some experience dealing with property matters. Duties regarding contract law may include, but will not be limited to:
- JCT Contracts
- Research and sponsorship agreements
- Licence agreements, confidentiality agreements
- Copyright and Intellectual property matters
Whilst previous university experience is ideal it is by no means essential, and this role would be perfect for an in-house contract Lawyer looking to progress their careers and further develop their existing skill set.
