Clinical Negligence Solicitor - A Birmingham office of a private practice law firm require a Clinical Negligence solicitor to handle the defence of claims relating to complex high value claims. The work is undertaken on behalf of the NHS, professional medical bodies and insurance companies. The successful candidate will have previous defendant clinical negligence experience circa 3 years PQE. salary dependent upon experience.
