This Merseyside based litigation focused law firm with a national reputation and who have continued growth plans within the next few months are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join undertake work on a high value and complex caseload.

Ideally you will gained at least 2 years' PQE as in this role will you will manage a fully litigated caseload of matters such as cerebral palsy, erbs palsy, birth injury, head trauma and spinal injury claims. Values will generally exceed £100,000 and consist of complex issues. As well as the chance to manage a great caseload there is the opportunity for management (supervision & training) also.

You will be part of a small department of 5 - 10 however this is an ideal time to join as they will be looking to expand again in 6 months time with further work coming on board and the chance to increase your standing in the department.

Salary £35k - £50k with a bonus scheme in place. Very well structured department with a clear pathway in place for all lawyers to develop a strong career and grow within the business.
