The role

This role will be based in their flourishing and very impressive Harrow, Middlesex office. They also have an office in the West End, they have grown substantially in recent years, making now is an exciting time to join.

The firm is seeking a Residential Development / Plot Sales Paralegal for their Harrow, Middlesex office.

The property is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property / Development Partner. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Residential Development, Acquisitions for development and Residential Development, plot sales, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.

Requirements

• You will be a Paralegal / ILEX with at least one years' experience in Residential Development / Plot Sales

• The Partner is currently very busy. On offer is a springboard for progression.

• You will have good experience of dealing with a Residential Development caseload
• You will deal with quality work, working alongside a highly-regarded team
• This team are taking more market share making now an exciting time to join
• Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience
