The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor for their growing Bristol office.

The firm has a wealth of expertise in Commercial Property. They deal with a broad range of work, making for a more interesting role, this includes; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord & tenant, Development, Investment and Commercial leases. They have a varied client base and often punch well above their weight with the large-scale sizes of their transactions. You will work as part of a highly experienced team and will be at the forefront of the department as they continue to grow.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression including Partnership and potentially head of department for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have good technical knowledge, and be meticulousness with detail
• You will work as part of a highly-experienced team
• Good experience in business development will be to advantage
• Good prospects for progression
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefit package and bonus structure.
