Job Details

Commercial Property Solicitor 10 + PQE | Tunbridge Wells | Route to Partnership

My client is a well established law firm with supportive culture. With over 4 offices through Kent and Berkshire they have opened up a new office every year since 2012. They have lots of new work coming in, allowing the successful candidate to hit the ground running with a full caseload.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will be on track for Partnership, as this role has come about following the retirement of a senior team member. As such, while it is highly desirable that you have a following, there is already a busy caseload to take on, with new referrals coming in regularly.

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 10 years PQE running your own Commercial Property caseload. This will include acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, sales & development work together with estate management.

This firm acts for private or corporate land owners, property developers and builders; dealing with the legal and financial aspects of building, buying, selling, leasing or sub-letting of shops, offices, industrial and commercial premises. You will work as part of a team of 4; part of a wider team across the firm's network of offices.

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience plus an excellent benefits package. Apply now for immediate consideration or feel free to call Tom Cooke at QED Legal for a confidential conversation.

Company

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
