A well respected firm in Hertfordshire are seeking a permanent Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property Department.

The ideal candidate will be able to deal with a full and busy caseload of all Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including:

• Sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgages
• Transfer of equity

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, ideally with 5 years PQE + to further their law career at a reputable firm.
