The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property ILEX / Solicitor into their Bedford, Bedfordshire office.

You will join a very experienced Commercial Property team, of two. You will be well-supported and will have a varied caseload from day one; this will include; Sales and purchases, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant, Development and some investment work. You will be at the forefront of the department and have lots of autonomy to make the role your own.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property ILEX / Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have a good technical knowledge
