Company Commercial Solicitor

A Company Commercial Solicitor is sought to join a long established and well known South Lakes Law Firm. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.

The Firm offers a collegiate working environment, flexible working, and access to an excellent client base, all located within the fantastic setting of the Lake District. It is thought the succesful applicant will have in excess of 10PQE, although those with less who are interested are invited to apply.

The successful Company Commercial Solicitor will be given the opportunity to lead on all matters pertaining to company sales, shareholder agreements for both local clients and those with a National presence. You will be joining a well respected department which has plans to grow and continue to provide quality legal advice.
