Residential Conveyancer – West Yorkshire
PQE / Experience: Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor/Fee Earner
Commutable from: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Keighley
Salary: £25,000-£35,000+ (dependent upon experience)

You will efficiently and effectively handle a case load of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and new build, subject to training on more complex matters where necessary.
 
Our client supports progression and will provide training and supervision to ensure you are working to your maximum potential.

The candidate particulars:
Ideal Candidate Criteria:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years experience handling your own case load of residential conveyancing matters
• You will be capable of running a mixed case load of freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, as well as remortgages, right to buys, transfers of equity
