Job Details
The successful applicant will be capable of handling a broad workload which will cover all stages of conveyancing including both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgage transactions, as well as general land transactions, Assents, First Registrations and Transfers of Equity.
You will need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workloads to meet deadlines. Successful candidates will be either a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with significant experience and have enthusiasm and passion for great client care.
Whilst it would be an advantage for the successful candidate to be qualified, it is not essential.
We offer a competitive salary based upon experience.
