Job Details
A Sheffield based large full service legal practice require a locum for around 4 weeks from as early as Monday onward's. As a residential conveyancing locum solicitor you will manage a mixed residential property caseload within minimal supervision including but not limited to:
- Residential property transactions
- Sales & Purchases
- Transfers of Equity
- Remortgages
- New Homes & Plot Sales
- Property Investment & Buy to Let
- Shared Ownership
- Tenancy Agreements
- Right to Buy
- Licences to Sub-let
