A national commercial firm is looking to recruit to their commercial team at their office in Norwich.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a team dealing with an intellectual property and data law matters including dealing with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements relating to matters such as patent licensing, software development, online data sharing, escrow arrangements, research and development, outsourcing, joint ventures, franchising as well as policies and advice around data law.

It is likely that you will be between NQ-3 years PQE in dealing with commercial matters during your training contract or since qualification, ideally with experience in the above areas or with the desire to specialise in this particular field.

You will have the support and be working closely alongside one of the most respected IP and data law lawyers in the UK, on top quality work which will be invaluable in your continued development.
