They are seeking a Property Paralegal to join their busy team working from their Southampton office.

An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join their Southampton team. The team act for a wide variety of business clients and institutions, focusing on acquisitions, lease renewals and disposals relating, primarily, to trading premises, warehouses, industrial units and other properties. They work closely with retailers in outlet, shopping centre and high street locations as well as on out of town retail parks and franchises. As one of a small team of paralegals, you'll work closely with the partners and lawyers, supporting them on large transactions and running your own caseload of suitable matters.

You'll have plenty of client contact and will be kept busy on a variety of different deals, assisting with and handling sales, purchases, leases, and other property transactions. We'll be relying on you for your case management skills, ensuring deadlines are met, files are up to date, enquiries dealt with promptly, clients updated regularly and research undertaken thoroughly.

The Candidate…

• looking for someone who is keen to build their career as Commercial Property fee-earner.
• Someone who is ambitious and keen to gain some great quality experience before one day starting their training contract, although this role is about building relationships so you won't necessarily gain a training contract quickly.
• Previous experience within real estate would be helpful, but by no means essential.
• Highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise effectively as we often work to tight and urgent court deadlines.
• As a client facing role, you'll need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships.
