The Regulatory team is Partner-led and is an impressive group with a wealth of experience.    They provide advice to healthcare professionals, solicitors and regulated and non-regulated companies on matters relating to corporate regulation, corporate fraud, inquests, judicial review and disciplinary matters.  Joining this leading team, you will advise healthcare professionals in disciplinary and regulatory matters, be involved in inquests and criminal investigations as well as judicial review.

Applications are invited from newly or recently qualified Solicitors (around 0 – 2 Years PQE) who have a genuine interest and desire to specialise in Regulatory and Professional Discipline law.  Ideally you will have completed a seat within one of these areas during your Training Contract or, have been involved in Regulatory, Healthcare and Professional Discipline work as part of more general Training.
