My client is a Legal 500 recognised firm, known for it's innovative, professional approach to delivering legal services across a breadth of practice areas in North Yorkshire. They now have a truly fantastic opportunity for a qualified Family Law Solicitor to join their office in Harrogate. Salary dependant on experience.

You will be working in the firm's Family Team, assisting Senior Fee Earners and a Partner, handling a variety of matters. You will work toward handling your own caseload which is privately funded - The team works on a wide range of marital and family-related issues with an emphasis on Mid to High net worth clients and the resolution of their financial disputes.

The main function of this role is to provide high quality advice in relation to divorce and children matters under the supervision of a partner, assisting them in relation to their caseload and running a small case load of their own matters. S

The ideal candidate will be an 2 - 4 years' level however more experienced candidates will be considered on merit. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure, manage a varied workload and effectively manage your time.

The position would suit someone who wants to establish themselves in the local market and build a long-term career working in family. You will be highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines. This is a client facing role so excellent all round communication skills are essential.
