Employment Solicitor (NQ - 2)

The chosen Employment Solicitor will be involved in most, if not all, aspects of pure employment work e.g. employment tribunal claims, advising on grievances, disciplinaries and employment relations matters; advising on TUPE, outsourcing agreements, restructuring and redundancies. The team's employer client base is impressive and far reaching and it will be an expectation the candidate is keen and prepared to build upon an already prominent market-reach, through actively working to grow and develop new the business through networking and business development initiatives.

My client's employment and labour solicitors are known for their creative, business-savvy counselling skills and, when necessary, their results-driven, highly successful litigation practice - This role would be suitable for those looking to build on their current experience and gain exposure to high quality employment work and progress their career with a multi-national law firm.

The successful candidate will have: -

- Solid experience/ broad understanding of legal principles as well as having worked in an established and recognised Employment Department.
- Excellent client care skills.
- Experience of training seminars and workshop programmes for employers will be an advantage.
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a keen relationship builder.
