Job Details

Traditional high street practice based in Cheshire that have a small private client department and a long standing local client base are seeking to appoint a Solicitor with 5 year PQE+. This firm operate a healthy work/life balance as well as having a great working environment that will allow you to flourish and develop your career.

This role is to deal with a mix of trusts and estate administration as well as tax & succession planning work so prior experience of these will be essential. As the position is based in an affluent area many of the clients are high net worth and so have high value £multi-million trusts & estates that they need advising on. You will be dealing with complex trusts to include tax returns, inheritance tax issues and landed estates where you will be dealing with issues on agricultural properties, leased properties, quarries and industrial estates.

You will need to have experience of working with HNW clients and the requirements that brings. You must be able and open to meeting with clients, so a personable attitude will be required.

Ideally you will be working towards STEP accreditation and be part or fully qualified, however this firm will provide you with support to qualify as a STEP member if required.
