The successful family fee earner may be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or part qualified CILEx with proven experience of running a mixed privately funded family case load involving divorce, separation, financial related matters and private children law. The family fee earner will have excellent knowledge of the court procedures and be a a confident advocate.
